Kanye West was under observation at a Los Angeles area hospital late Monday after the remaining dates of his national tour were abruptly canceled, multiple authorities familiar with the case told NBC News. The admission followed a week of bizarre incidents during which the provocative rapper publicly railed against fellow music stars Beyoncé and Jay Z and retroactively endorsed President-elect Donald Trump. A source familiar with the case said Los Angeles police responded to a medical welfare call about 1:20 p.m. (4:20 p.m. ET). No criminal activity was involved; the decision to hospitalize West was for his own health and safety, the sources said. West's concert promoter, Live Nation, said earlier in the day that the remaining dates of his Saint Pablo Tour had been called off. No reason was given. A representative for West didn't immediately respond to NBC News' request for comment.

It smell's like bullshit around here. Don't believe a word you read about this. As my guy Big Cat says you gotta "stay woke" on the internet and that's what I'm doing right here. So let me get this straight...Kanye announced that he's a Trump supporter (even though he didn't vote) and received a ton of backlash from fans. Then he walked off stage during a performance, shit on Beyonce and now he's cancelled the rest of his "Life of Pablo" tour. I mean just look at the twitter machine. People were PISSED with him. It makes sense I mean sure he supported Trump but saying anything anti-Beyonce is the easiest way to find your way in the dog house on line. After Kanye's "rant" and cancellation of shows #KanyeisOverParty starting trending and the pitchforks and lanterns of the internet were out and ready to declare Kanye's ENTIRE CAREER OVER.
Then he checks into the hospital for "exhaustion and stress" and all of a sudden everybody changes their tune and goes from hating him to praying for him and his "mental illness" as #PrayForKanye is trending. These people are the worst. Hey guys don't forget he got in a car accident in like 1998 and his mom died 9 years ago!!!
How can you sheep not see what's right in front of you? "Exhaustion and stress" and people are trying to act like he has real problems. It's not like the dude had a heart attack or something.
People on twitter are acting like Kanye is Kid Cudi, who's been pretty much made a career hinting at the fact that he's unstable and wants to kill himself since about 2008. I love Cudi and think he does need time away to get himself right but comparing Kanye and his hissy fit to Scott Mescudi is insane. Comparing what Kanye is going through to what Cudi is going through would be like going up to someone with cancer and being like "I know how you feel I skinned my knee yesterday." Nobody on earth loves themselves more than Mr. West, he is fine!! Can we please relax and see what is really going on? If "Exhaustion and Stress" is a legit reason to go to the hospital than every single person on earth should be checked in right now. I've been stressed out since the first time I ever stepped outside. If you aren't either exhausted or stressed are you even alive? Everybody I know is exhausted. Everybody between the ages of 8-65 is tired. That's why coffee and nasty energy drinks are so popular. My dad has been tired since the day I was born and is going to be until the day he dies and I don't think he's been up past 11 pm in 10 years. I guarantee you I'm more stressed out than Kanye West. At least he's rich and successful. Money is the #1 stress causer and he has plenty. When's the last time Kanye worried about a bill? 2001? 2002? Try paying a student loan on time when you deliver pizza then talk to me. This has NOTHING TO DO with "exhaustion and stress". If you can't see this is to get people off his back for openly endorsing Trump and then cancelling like 20 concerts you're very naive. I mean the man is a Kardashian after all. Nobody on earth knows how to manipulate the media better than them. He went from being bashed to prayed for in about 28 minutes. All because he slept in a hospital for this exact reason, to get people to stop talking about the Trump and cancelled concert shit. I mean I can't be the only one smart enough to see this right? Please be better people. I'm begging you. If you still think Kanye has a serious issue maybe after you're done reading this I could sell you a bridge? And big S/O to these people. Glad to see others with a brain out there.
