I didn't even know Matt Bonner played in the NBA last season. You could've told me he retired in like 2013 and I would've believed you. Most people only knew about Matt Bonner because he was the huge white guy with red hair on the Spurs who was wet AF from 3. That's what I love about this video. Bonner knows he's not a star. The dude averaged 5.8 points per game in his 12 year NBA career. He's basically a little better verison of Brian Scalabrine without the cult following. But hey the dude made his money and has two rings. Not too bad for a guy from the hotbed basketball state of New Hampshire. Shit his press conference only had two people in the audience and they weren't even there for him. They thought it was for Matt Damon. While this video isn't piss your pants funny and the Boston accidents are a little forced, for a professional athlete that most casual NBA fans forgot about him it was pretty good. Solid move by Bonner to release this video and remind very casual NBA fans like me that he is still alive and well.

Matt Bonner has offered us a lot in the past few years. He has truly dedicated his life in his passion for the NBA. He will truly be missed in the scene. However, we must move on and respect his decision. I wish him the best and hope that he comes back on the scene, if he feels like it.
