Ya boi's blogging on a Monday for the first time in forever; it only took until 4:30 pm to start my day today! I guess that's what happens when you take a solid 2-hour nap during the Sunday NFL slate, watch The White Lotus until 4:30 am, and pass out after seven. Not ideal, but things are actually looking up for the Doz man. I'm feeling relatively happy rn, which is rare and will be celebrated (speaking of celebrating, I turn 31 on Thursday, which apparently is literally the least lucky birthday according to Japan).
Is today's SOD a possible late entry to my 2022 Apple Music top 100 plays?? I've liked Phoenix since I heard "Too Young" in Shallow Hal (which is currently #67; I'll even give you a taste of a full screenshot worth of the list/chart).
But hand up, I just found out today that they dropped a new album last month. I'm digging this so far (s/o Apple Music for the recommendation), but I wish it had a real music video. I hate when SOD's are this format. Okay, super long SOD blog complete. Time to finish the year strong (did you know I've been going to the gym regularly since November 7th?).
