I'm pumped to see/hear Cage The Elephant is making new music. They're one of those bands that doesn't get the love they deserve even tho they've sneaky been in the game for like 15ish years now (Cage's Unpeeled album is mesmerizingly fantastic; it's still in my rotation), like "Ain't No Rest For the Wicked" came out when I was in high school. I saw them open for the Black Keys in 2014, aka a decade ago...like wtf. Me and my boys went to The Fours (R.I.P.) before the show after publically smoking joints on the way there. I was sooooo fucking scared. 10 years ago there was an actual threat of jail for a little reefer. Now, the highway is littered with competing cannabis ads.

The Pats played the Raiders the day of that show and we had to listen to the game on the radio on the way. Now that wouldn't be an issue with YoutubeTV in your pocket, but the reason I bring up that game is to remind the loyal DOL readers about VINCE WILFORK's game-sealing interception.
