It stinks that the Arizona Bowl was canceled, but the trivia show must go on! Tonight marks the first Dozen episode of the new year and the start of the Battle For Arizona, a three-day, four-team tournament between Frank and the Frankettes, Team Ziti, The Yak, and The Experts.
The tournament kicks off tonight with (2) Frank and the Frankettes vs. (12) Team Ziti in what should be an entertaining match between some of Barstool's best personalities; including the man who's responsible for ALL their success, Dave Portnoy. Don't let Ziti's record fool you (small sample size); both of these squads can put up points. We're gonna have a Big 12 final score, O/V: 21.5, Frankettes -2.
Last match, I tied Team Chicago 9-9 as they squeaked by Honker to steal the crown, which means at the very least I deserve a small piece of the crown, like all the freaks Cady Heron hyped up at Spring Fling. "A piece for Ole Dozo, who won three straight makes while battling a breakthrough covid case."
Hand up; I haven't uploaded #DVTD XXX or XXXI to Youtube yet. That's on me; I still haven't rewatched either yet. I kind of took a content break during Christmas vacation to enjoy the time off/sleep until 1 pm every day, but I know millions of you are dying to see both episodes.
